Job summary

Air Liquide USA LLC in Mount Bethel, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to safely handle shipping, receiving and inventory in a high-volume gas operations environment.

You will operate a forklift, prepare cylinders, perform ERP transactions (SAP), and maintain accurate records while adhering to DOT and OSHA standards. The schedule is 8am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri, with a 5% annual bonus and a $23–$29 hourly range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of relevant logistics experience (shipping/receiving/warehouse/inventory).
• Ability to roll cylinders up to 200 lbs and operate forklift.
• Must be certified to drive a forklift and work at ALAM Pennsylvania sites.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to follow all work instructions and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of 49 CFR, 15 CFR, DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of safety and compliance in daily tasks.
• Observe and report hazards; adhere to safety policies (HAZWOPER, ECP, LOTO).
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment.
• Safely operate assigned tasks to meet daily productivity goals.
• Prepare cylinders for shipments and manage labeling, barcode scanning, and loading.
• Perform shipping/receiving ERP transactions via SAP; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare shipping paperwork per Air Liquide policy and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate deliveries with common carriers and Air Liquide locations.
• Ship, receive, and deliver supplies and equipment; operate forklift.
