This role performs routine tasks with moderate supervision and ensures KPI and quality standards are met within a school district logistics environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and verifying shipments, coordinating driver routes, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3–6 years of related experience OR Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field with 1–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, sorts, and verifies incoming shipments while managing inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Loads and unloads freight into trucks or vans to meet delivery schedules.
• Coordinates routes, staff allocation, and drivers for the effective delivery of goods.
• Maintains precise records of inventory transactions to support accountability and audit processes.
• Performs daily maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
• Executes property management duties as required, including scheduling deliveries in line with organizational needs.
• Collaborates across departments to support objectives.
• Monitors industry trends and suggests improvements as appropriate.
• Participates in projects to develop new tools or processes to improve efficiency.
