Job summary

Daher in Charleston, SC is seeking a Logistics Team Supervisor for 2nd shift (1:00pm–9:30pm) to supervise daily logistics operations on site. You will lead, train, and support a warehouse team, monitor performance metrics, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, excellent customer service, and highly organized, detail-oriented work habits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• Minimum of 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.
