Job summary

Arvato is hiring a Team Lead to assist the Supervisors in the daily operations of the Department. You will oversee operations in partnership with your supervisor, monitoring and assigning daily work to warehouse associates, and overseeing area performance.

Your tasks include coordinating with control tower, inventory control, transportation, inbound, pick/pack, shipping, and service delivery teams to ensure targets are met, and implementing recovery plans for at-risk metrics while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience creating worksheets and reviewing data.
• Experience with SAP and data reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to Safety and 7S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems and oversee daily operations with supervision.
• Coordinate with various ops teams to ensure daily adherence to targets.
• Monitor area activity and report risks of missed targets to Supervisors.
• Coordinate and prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner and manage shift hours as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement and report daily efficiency; manage inventory levels of consumables in SAP.
