Fleet Farm is seeking a Logistics Team Lead at the Clintonville store to supervise the Logistics Team and ensure inbound freight is sorted, stocked, and presented on the floor within 24 hours of receipt.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast changing environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, multi-task, and be flexible in a quick changing environment.
• Ability to operate forklift and other material handling devices.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Logistics Team.
• Plan and prioritize the Logistics Team’s daily activities and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure all freight is processed and stocked on the floor within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure stocking standards are met and Fleet Farm’s presentation standards are upheld.
• Coordinate processing of excess merchandise with the Replenishment Team and bin it properly.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
• Assist in picking Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and preparing PPS orders.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
