Job summary

Fleet Farm in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Logistics Team Lead to manage and develop the Logistics Team while ensuring inbound freight is staged and stocked within 24 hours.

You will train staff, prioritize daily tasks, and uphold stocking and presentation standards, coordinating with Replenishment to bin excess merchandise and collaborating with the Logistics Manager on improvements. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail logistics or general warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-changing environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time Team Members.
• Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multi-task, and be flexible in a quick changing environment.
• Warehouse environment can expose temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and preparing Pick Pack and Ship (PPS) orders.
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
