PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Logistics Support professional for the KC-46 program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. This 6-month full-time contract is 100% onsite with a first-shift schedule, offering hands-on parts support and logistics execution to ensure aircraft readiness.

You will serve as the liaison between customers, program teams, and suppliers, managing shipments, schedules, and performance reports while maintaining security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience working with logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in customer-facing or operational environments, not just back-office roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, take ownership, and drive resolution.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Logistics Support professional to support the KC-46 program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Position Details

• Location: Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08641
• Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, First Shift, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $29.79/hour

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Representative (FSR) - Supply, you'll serve as a key connection between the customer, program teams, and suppliers. Your work will directly support parts availability, logistics execution, and aircraft mission readiness.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution.
• Analyze delivery schedules and logistics requirements to support mission readiness.
• Coordinate with program asset managers and suppliers to identify and resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and timely information within the company and customer logistics systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports on supply performance, status, and key metrics.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with customer and program leadership to drive resolution.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including required documentation.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support warehouse operations as necessary, including forklift operations.
• Prioritize and complete required training and qualification requirements within established contractual, regulatory, and operational timelines.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring a combination of logistics expertise, accountability, and strong customer service skills.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience working with logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in customer-facing or operational environments, rather than solely back-office functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues, take ownership, and drive them through resolution.
• Ability to remain effective when priorities change or information is incomplete.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Education and experience are typically acquired through a bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of related experience, a master's degree plus 4 or more years of related experience, 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

You'll stand out if you have:

• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense logistics operations.
• Familiarity with USAF supply systems and processes, including FMxC2, ILS-S, or DIFM.
• Experience with product deficiency reporting.
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical publications and engineering documentation.

What to Expect

This is a 100% onsite position supporting flightline and operational activities. While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, mission requirements may call for additional flexibility.

Candidates should be prepared for:

• Potential evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.
• Responding to operational requirements outside normal working hours.
• Possible domestic and international travel, sometimes on short notice.
• Potential deployment in support of DoD contingency operations.

This opportunity may not be the right fit if you prefer highly structured and predictable work, limited customer interaction, strictly back-office responsibilities, or routinely escalating problems rather than taking ownership and working them through resolution.
