Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the logistics board, routes, personnel, and Fortress vehicles.
2. Update the daily load out board by 12pm to ensure proper load outs and allow loaders to complete their tasks by 5pm. Adjustments may be necessary before loading.
3. Check paperwork and boxes daily to ensure accuracy.
4. Review routes weekly to balance workload for driver safety and fleet health.
5. Manage drivers, ensuring they follow the chain of command and reporting structure, including during your days off.
6. Develop backup driver plans for absences.
7. Conduct weekly truck inspections, checking for deficiencies and proper maintenance.
8. Inspect trucks physically for missing equipment, damage, and other issues weekly.
9. Create and maintain a whiteboard with truck statuses, driver assignments, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
10. Ensure cameras are functioning weekly and monitor alerts as needed.
