NETZSCH Pumps USA in Exton, PA is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Exton warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, shipping, and ERP data integrity in SAP. You will supervise 8–12 associates and drive daily workload prioritization.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, on-time order fulfillment, carrier selection, and a safe workplace, with a focus on 5S/lean improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing and HR.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems (SAP MM/WM) and goods movements.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with operational data and KPIs.
• Ability to read part numbers, BOMs, packing lists, and basic technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–12 associates and plan daily workload based on order urgency and service needs.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Drive warehouse layout and process improvements using 5S/lean methods.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and corrective actions in SAP.
