Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in logistics or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, inbound and outbound.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Negotiate contracts with 3PLs and carriers to optimize costs.
• Develop and manage the logistics budget and cost sav‑ings.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the logistics team performance.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and customer service.
