Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and dispatch routes.
• Support fleet management, DOT tasks, and driver files.
• Manage documentation, invoices, and time-clock processes.
• Monitor performance and drive logistics process improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery issues.
• Supervise 10+ associates with budgeting and performance management.
