Job summary

Gestamp is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring material flow and on-time customer delivery. You will manage warehouse personnel, enforce safety standards, and monitor key KPIs to improve productivity.

Responsibilities include coordinating material movement, supervising shipping/receiving, training staff, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. OSHA/GMP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Forklift certification and safety-related training preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
