Job Title: Logistics Specialist V Duration: 12 months contract Schedule: 9/80 Location: Covington, LA

This opportunity will focus on leading projects and optimisation initiatives within offshore logistics operations, with a strong emphasis on process efficiency, cost improvement and continuous improvement. The role will support KPI development, reporting and data-driven opportunity identification, while also contributing to product ownership activities and digital tool development. This position offers exposure to offshore logistics, Power BI, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement in a technically demanding environment.

Required Education: High school diploma or GED required. Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience required. Project management experience. Experience leading optimisation efforts, process improvement activities and benchmarking-driven operational change. Experience developing and maintaining efficient, transparent and compliant cost allocation methodologies. Required Skills: Strong ability to identify, source and analyse data to drive process improvements. Experience developing KPIs, reporting and identifying opportunities through data analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, including the ability to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, preferably including building dashboards. Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics, finance and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting digital tool development for optimisation initiatives.
