Gulfstream Aerospace Appleton is seeking a Logistics Specialist Lead for the First Shift to coordinate stockroom functions and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate material flow, maintain FAA/GAC quality standards, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.
The role requires seven years in stockroom or warehouse roles, supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and CDI qualification for Customer Support.
Previous experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
Ability to lead by example, while training and developing a team.
Assign tasks to ensure support for all internal customer requirements in a timely, professional manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate an ability to operate in a fast-paced, productive environment ensuring an efficient flow of material.
High School Diploma or GED required. 7 years experience in stockroom, warehouse or inventory control activities. 2 years progressive responsibility and recognized leadership qualities. CDI qualified for Customer Support. Valid Driver’s License required.
Position Purpose:Coordinate the operation of assigned stockroom functions, ensuring that all materials are processed in a responsive manner and adhere to corporate quality and safety standards. Provide work direction to employees in policies, procedures and safety regulations.
