Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs queries into SAP to extract information.
• Manages critical customer accounts and service metrics.
• Processes orders, quotes, and other vendor inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Utilizes transportation management system for order tracking.
• Collaborates with planning and business teams to ensure service metrics are met daily.
• Supports reporting with charts, graphs, and tables in Excel.
