Job summary

Cencora is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support American Health Packaging in the United States. The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start, with overtime as needed. Pay is $21 per hour, including applicable shift differential.

The position involves organizing inventory by velocity, maintaining shelves, preparing reports, and assisting with audits and inventories. Candidates need 1–2 years of related experience and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires two-year Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange sections by velocity to assist order fillers.
• Arrange shelf space on racks to maximize area utilization.
• Monitor and stage bulk warehouse deals.

• Create and maintain tracking reports.
• Assist with physical inventory.

Job Details

This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US.

Shift Details

Full-Time | Monday - Friday 6AM - Finish

(Overtime may be required)

Pay Details

$21/hr. Including Shift Differential when applicable

Responsibilities

• Responsible for arranging sections by velocity (hot, fast and slow zones) in order to assist the associates filling orders (order fillers).
• Arranges the shelf space on the static and flow racks using minimum to maximum philosophy to best utilize the available area.
• Monitors, stages and breaks down all bulk warehouse deals.
• Utilizes modern material handling equipment as needed.
• Creates and maintains tracking reports.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires one (1) to two (2) years directly related experience.
