AsaLogisticsSpecialistsupporting Data Center Facilities, you will play a critical role in ensuring thesmooth flow of materials, tools, equipment, and partsthat enablesafe and reliablesite operations. Thisroleisresponsible forinventory accuracy,shipment coordination, material readiness, andlogisticsexecution that directlysupport maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure uptime acrossthe facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outboundshipments, deliveries, and inventory movementsfor data center facility operations.
• Maintainaccurateinventory recordsfor criticalspare parts, tools, consumables, and facility equipment.
• Coordinate materialstaging,storage, and distribution tosupport preventive maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
• Partner withsite operations,vendors, and procurement teamsto ensuretimelydelivery of required materialsand resolvelogisticsissues.
• Monitorstock levels,identifyshortagesor risks, and escalate replenishment needsfor business-critical items.
• Ensurestorage areas, cages, and inventory locationsremainorganized,secure, andaudit-ready.
• Supportshipping, receiving,assettracking, documentation, and chain-of-custody processesin accordance withsitestandards.
• Maintaincompliance withsafety,security, and operational proceduresrelated to material handling andsitelogistics.
