Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, contract manufacturers, carriers, and 3PL teams to support efficient inventory movement and distribution operations.

Support special projects and distribution initiatives, including product launches, promotional builds, kitting projects, and other inventory movements.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, or a related field, including experience coordinating freight movements, carriers, brokers, and/or 3PL providers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within ERP and WMS systems; NetSuite and Deposco experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including planning and executing FBA shipment plans and coordinating inventory replenishment into Amazon fulfillment centers.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound day-to-day operational decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
