Job summary

DHL Supply Chain North America is headquartered in Columbus OH and is seeking a Solutions Design Analyst to develop supply chain solutions by applying logistical and facility design concepts. You will understand customer needs, analyze data, and work with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that fit business goals, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience, with a national salary range of $70,000–$115,000 and regional variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical engineering fields.
• 0-2 years relative experience (including internships).

Responsibilities

• Support design efforts with guidance in establishing industry leading warehouse operations that support customer’s overall business and supply chain strategy.
• Reviews analysis with internal stakeholders and customers to gain alignment in solution and modeling.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to understand customer profile and design requirements.
• Support design efforts around operating processes, physical layout, and equipment requirement.
• Build operating budget that includes labor, real estate, equipment, and other operational expenses.
• Learn emerging technologies such as robotics, AGV, VR, AI, through internal advanced digitalization communities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical engineering fields
