Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for the C-Team night shift to keep the supply chain moving. You will manage outbound freight, prepare shipping docs, and collaborate with logistics, customer service, and production to deliver on-time results.

Responsibilities include coordinating freight, handling documentation (BOLs, packing lists), and processing ERP transactions using Oracle/TMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of computer platforms, shipping software, or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, TMS, MS Office).
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and obtain a forklift certification.
• Dependable with adaptability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Inventory & ERP Transactions: Process shipping and receiving records using digital platforms (Oracle, TMS, or WMS) and resolve record discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service, Finishing, and Supply Chain teams to expedite critical and same-day shipments.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement: Adhere to safety and quality standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain a clean work environment, and support site improvement efforts.

Job Description

Pay: $29.11 per hour and a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Shift: C-Team - 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.This is a 12-hour night shift role.

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days)
