ASRC Federal is seeking a Shipper/Packer for the Naval Air Station assignment in San Diego, CA. The role supports inventory control, order processing, and bench stock management under ISO-certified processes.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with an hourly rate of $21.19 and health/welfare benefits at $4.98/hr as required by the SCA. Candidates must be able to obtain SECRET clearance and lift 40 pounds daily.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in inventory, shipping/receiving or administration preferred.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Daily requirement to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Must stand or walk for extended periods.
• May operate pallet jack or similar equipment daily.
• Read and understand basic instructions.
• Wear hearing protection, safety goggles, OSHA-approved safety shoes.
• Energetic, confident with good communications.
• Prior DOD bench stock experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Validate Kind, Count and Condition (KCC) during receipts.
• Segregate, stage and deliver bench stock from central staging area to depot shop.
• Place bench stock into bins or storage locations as designated by site management.
• Perform daily visual inventory and scan bins at/below reorder point.
• Enter data into computer via keyboard and scanners.
• Apply bar code labels to bins as required.
• Route customer concerns to site management for resolution.
• Cross level stock between storage locations to satisfy maintenance requirements.
