Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation, logistics, or storage security.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting detailed emails.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure facility operations, ensuring safety protocols and security procedures are consistently followed.
• Work collaboratively with logistics managers and on-site leadership to maintain efficient and compliant processes.
• Conduct trailer audits, including verification, logging, and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support international load intake processes and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate records using logistics systems and log sheets.
• Create and send detailed, professional reports and emails outlining daily activities, incidents, and key metrics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, truck drivers, and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
