Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking motivated individuals for its Fast Track Sales Development Program in Cincinnati, OH. We relocate you to Cincinnati for training with top brokers; after training you may relocate to any of our 60+ offices nationwide.

You will learn sales, logistics and supply chain management through best-in-class paid training and mentorship. The program offers a $40,000 base salary with uncapped commissions, a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $12,500 Fast Track Stipend, plus

Responsibilities

• Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker.
• Make calls and establish relationships to build your book of business.
• Close new and existing customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally.
