Responsibilities

• Perform daily yard safety monitoring and equipment inspections.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and loading of ESS containers.
• Manage DOT/OSHA compliance and maintain updated safety processes.
• Lead safety orientations, monthly training, and toolbox meetings.
• Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend improvements.

Skills

2 years of experience in safety, compliance, logistics, or yard operations

Knowledge of OSHA & DOT regulations

Strong communication and documentation skills

Comfortable working outdoors in an unpaved yard environment

Professional working proficiency in both Korean and Spanish
