Job summary

Goodwill of Silicon Valley is seeking a warehouse associate to support donation processing, loading and unloading at loading docks and stores. You will handle carts, containers, and pallets, operate basic equipment, and help move products to appropriate departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining orderly work areas, assisting with recycling tasks, and supporting vocational services as needed. A flexible schedule including weekends is required in this role, with safety and teamwork

Qualifications

• Ability to move heavy items and use material handling equipment.
• Ability to drive company vehicles as needed.
• Ability to read maps and plan route schedules based on addresses.

Responsibilities

• Receives, moves and places carts, containers and barrels containing donations, trash, and As-Is for processing.
• Unloads trailers and transports products to appropriate departments.
• Loads trailers and trucks with products for shipping.
• Tacks production output and product levels throughout the day.
• Setup and breakdown of the sales floor and donation areas.
