Job summary

Locus Fermentation Solutions in Solon, OH seeks a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage inbound and outbound materials, inventory control, and warehouse operations. You will verify orders, label and store items, and ensure accurate ERP entry to support efficient shipping processes.

The role requires forklift experience, ERP familiarity, and strong organizational skills. Candidates should be capable of handling physical duties and working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory software, and shipping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and receive incoming shipments and inspect for accuracy.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers for timely delivery.
• Track inventory in ERP and perform cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver materials between company facilities and optimize delivery routes.
