Job summary

PCSI is seeking a Supply Manager to lead the supply function for the Fort Sill DPW contract. You will oversee GFP and GFM accountability, coordinate two warehouses, and support audits to resolve findings, while guiding a team of buyers, stock clerks, and a receiver.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply operations, knowledge of GFP/GFM, and experience with SAP or similar inventory systems. Working on Fort Sill, standard hours are 7:30am–4:00pm with emergency flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in supply operations.
• Experience with GFP/GFM preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fort Sill DPW contract supply function and GFP/GFM accountability.
• Plan, direct and coordinate supply operations for two warehouses and Self-Help Store.
• Develop and update supply policies and SOPs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee procurement, receiving, storage and issue of expendable and non‑expendable items.
• Supervise a team of ~8 staff and set priorities, schedules, and performance standards.
