Job summary

Continental is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to lead complex projects such as warehouse relocations, closures, new launches, and tender/RFP processes. You will develop plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring continuity and stakeholder alignment.

Role requires 5+ years in Supply Chain, strong PM skills, and the ability to manage risks and coordinate multiple teams. Hybrid work arrangement with visa support for eligible candidates is available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Strong demonstrated Project Management capability with experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Solid presentation & communication skills.
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; Continental is able to offer visa support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage logistics projects including warehouse relocations, closures, consolidations, and new warehouse implementations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and operational readiness.
  • Manage tender/RFP processes including vendor selection, contract evaluation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project scope, milestones, deliverables, manage and mitigate risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption during warehouse transitions and implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and external partners to support project objectives and develop change management activities to support operational transition.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, logistics processes, and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and operational handover processes.
