Job summary

People, Technology & Processes in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Program Manager (PM) to oversee the ATLAS logistics support effort for USAJFKSWCS. You will direct the contractor workforce across all performance sites and coordinate with the COR on daily operations.

This role requires an Active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and at least five years of program management experience with a sizable contractor team, plus expertise in exercise planning and logistics support.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years as a program manager with contractor workforce.
• 5 years in exercise planning and logistical support.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact with the COR for daily operations.
• Exercise full authority to act for the contractor on contract matters.
• Collect, maintain and report program data monthly.
• Establish and maintain a detailed WBS for cost and performance reporting.
• Establish and manage subcontracts within budget and schedule.
• Provide training on technology changes in government automation systems.
• Prepare briefings and analyses of overall contract progress and tasks.
