Job summary

Kapili Services, LLC seeks a Program Analyst to support the 1st Marine Logistics Group in San Diego, CA. The analyst will collect logistics and sustainment lessons learned in CONUS/OCONUS environments and support joint operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (ILE preferred) and extensive military or DoD experience, with strong analysis, reporting, and communication skills. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education may be substituted with greater experience/certifications
• Completion of Command and Staff College or equivalent Intermediate Level Education (ILE) preferred.
• Ten or more years in US Military, Marine Corps preferred; 12+ years if substituting experience for education.

Responsibilities

• Collect sustainment and logistics lessons learned in operating environments
• Support joint and combined operations with allied/partner forces
• Ensure comprehensive lessons learned coverage for deployed forces
• Provide analytical support for forward-based forces operations
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
