Leidos’ Undersea Systems Division is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Professional in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics, procurement, and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Logistics Professional will work closely with the Project Coordinator (PC), Deputy Project Manager (DPM), and the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Teams supporting the Spindrift and Sculpin contracts. This position will conduct procurement & logistic activities, travel support, vendor management, and other administrative functions necessary to successfully execute the contracts.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, resilient, and solutions-oriented team player who can build strong working relationships across internal departments, government customers, project leadership, and external suppliers. The ability to identify issues, communicate effectively, and develop practical solutions is essential to the success of this position.

This position will require the candidate to maintain a Secret Clearance.
This position will require the candidate to work on-site at NIWC Pacific, Bayside on a 9/80B schedule (80 hours of work in nine days over two weeks, allowing for every other Friday off) to align with the NIWC project teams.
The ideal candidate is an self-starter who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and follows tasks through to completion. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to customer service.
Success in this position requires someone who can effectively connect people, processes, and information across the organization while maintaining a positive and professional team environment. The ability to anticipate potential issues, communicate concerns early, and develop agile solutions will be critical to supporting the Leidos management team, Leidos customers, and overall success of the Spindrift and Sculpin Contracts.
