Logistics Process & Data Analyst - Onsite
GM Performance Power Units (GMPPU) is seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Process & Data Analyst to join the Warehouse and Logistics Team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and supporting logistics and transportation processes through data-driven insights, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency, increase visibility, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across the end-to-end logistics network. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with logistics and supply chain knowledge and is comfortable working with large datasets, business systems, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business results. This position requires high attention to detail and a deep understanding of inventory control, management, and material flow in a high-performance engineering environment and critical support function for the manufacturing, assembly, and development of our Formula 1 power unit.
Partner with Logistics, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to warehouse and logistics processes and systems. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to operational teams and leadership. Support change management efforts associated with new processes and technology implementations.
