Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of Amazon.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of Delivery Associate training and ridealongs.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Conduct ridealongs and review DA performance regularly.
• Support production duties and training of sort associates as needed.
• Assist in safety and SOP compliance, and track performance metrics.
