You will lead outbound shipment planning across the company’s logistics network, including hub-to-spoke movements, while supporting inbound planning to maintain supply continuity. Preferred hands-on experience with Blue Yonder / JDA TMS to plan, execute, and optimize movement of goods, ensuring regulatory compliance and proper documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner with hands-on expertise in outbound shipment planning, especially in warehouse-to-warehouse and hub-to-spoke models. This role requires strong familiarity with physical shipment coordination, beyond just high-level transportation or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead outbound shipment planning across the company's logistics network, including movement from hubs to spokes and spokes to contract manufacturers (CMs). Support inbound planning as needed to ensure continuity of supply and inventory. Highly prefer prior hands-on experience utilizing Blue Yonder / JDA TMS (Transportation Management System) to plan, execute, and optimize the movement of goods is required. Ensure all shipments are compliant with regulatory requirements and are accompanied by proper documentation. Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to address issues and streamline processes. Manage semi-automated planning workflows; bring hands-automated judgment to cases where automated systems may fall short. Adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.

Must Have Skills

In-depth experience with JDA Transportation Management System (TMS). Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in logistics. Proven ability to coordinate and track shipments efficiently.

Industry Experience

Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management.
