Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouses, 3PLs and internal teams.
• Manage semi-automated planning workflows with practical judgment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner with hands-on expertise in outbound shipment planning, especially in warehouse-to-warehouse and hub-to-spoke models. This role requires strong familiarity with physical shipment coordination, beyond just high-level transportation or operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outbound shipment planning across the company's logistics network, including movement from hubs to spokes and spokes to contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Support inbound planning as needed to ensure continuity of supply and inventory.
• Highly prefer prior hands-on experience utilizing Blue Yonder / JDA TMS (Transportation Management System) to plan, execute, and optimize the movement of goods is required.
• Ensure all shipments are compliant with regulatory requirements and are accompanied by proper documentation.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to address issues and streamline processes.
• Manage semi-automated planning workflows; bring hands‑on judgment to cases where automated systems may fall short.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.

Must-Have Skills

• In-depth experience with JDA Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in logistics.
• Proven ability to coordinate and track shipments efficiently.

Industry Experience

Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management.
