• Oversee 3PL daily execution, ensuring service levels, process compliance, and performance expectations are met.
• Monitor carrier performance and service metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with 3PLs, carriers, and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
