Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Logistics Operator I to fulfill customer orders in the warehouse. The role involves picking, stacking, and moving product to build stable pallets in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment with varying temperatures. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification preferred: Pallet Jack.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 30-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and place quantities of cases on pallets safely per Pick Ticket.
• Transport pallets to different areas of the warehouse using PIT equipment.
• Assist with warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
• Perform daily PIT checklist and report issues to Warehouse Management.
• Resolve discrepancies in product quantity as reported by the Checker.
• Support efficient warehouse operations in a dynamic environment.
