Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in logistics or supply chain roles or associate degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in advanced TMS/WMS systems and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates daily outbound deliveries with warehouse team
• Communicates daily with freight haulers to ensure timely pickups, efficient routing and compliance with all temperature and quality requirements
• Utilizes logistics software and tools to track shipments and manage data
• Maintains all records and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and error-free
• Carrier compliance, handles customer inquiries and internal communication
• Identifies issues within logistics operations and develops solutions to minimize disruptions
• Prepares detailed reports on logistical KPIs and ensures accuracy
• Conducts logistical analysis and implements best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizes to meet deadlines and goals
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
