Job summary

PGL in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an entry-level Admin - Clerical role to support supply chain activities and client service. You will help coordinate forecasts, monitor shipments, and maintain documentation to ensure timely deliveries.

The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and proactive communication. Training will be provided as you contribute to a growing logistics team in a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of logistics services or warehouse fulfillment experience.
• AOG experience is a plus.
• Hazmat certification is a plus.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work a variable schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans.
• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes affecting supply chain activities.
• Define performance metrics for measurement and evaluation.
• Analyze customer needs to increase service scope or reduce waste.
• Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functions.
• Assist with negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers.
• Meet with suppliers to discuss performance and forecasts.
• Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
• Design supply chains that support business strategies and cost reductions.
• Monitor supplier performance to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Document physical supply chain processes and workflows.
• Develop forecasts or standard cost lists.
