Responsibilities

• Oversee the US distribution hub for spares in the Glendale/Phoenix area.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage daily operations, projects and team performance including development and reviews.
• Liaise between Lam Logistics and internal/external customers to drive improvements.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOX, quality standards, ISO governance.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Forecast and manage warehousing budgets in coordination with Finance.
