Job summary

Walmart Williamsburg is seeking a Logistics Area Manager to implement business plans by communicating goals, staffing, and workload coordination to meet facility targets.

You will supervise and develop associates, drive productivity, and ensure safety standards. A degree in business and 1+ year supervisory experience or 3 years of similar leadership is required.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
