Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate freight routing and movement.
• Compile production and service records.
• Inspect and measure performance of personnel.
• Review logs and confer with shift personnel.
• Set up appointment freight deliveries.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers.
• Assist with training and evaluation of personnel.
• Recruit, train, and develop Service Center personnel.
• Ensure proper maintenance of Service Center premises.
• Assist in investigation of job-related incidents.
• Understand and apply safety practices.

Management of Drivers and Dockworkers
