Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly organized Logistics Administrator to support inquiries related to logistics, inventory, repairs, returns, and field servicing. The role is a central link between internal departments and external service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications include a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, a minimum of 5 years in customer service or service operations, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Associate degree in business/logistics preferred.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, technical support, or service operations.
• Proficient in handling customer inquiries, order processing, and case management using CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of SOPs and service workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and lead a work stream.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Respond to and resolve logistics-related inquiries by initiating actions like inventory issuance, repairs, returns, or field service requests.
• Track and manage status of logistics actions for timely resolution.
• Maintain logs, records, and files for inventory movements, repairs, and service actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams.
• Communicate with external courier and transport services for deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with internal standards.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
