Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator in Mason City, IA. You will assist with receiving and shipping shipments, backroom upkeep, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to support an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, labeling items, and collaborating with store management to ensure accurate deliveries and efficient store operations. Prior retail experience is a plus, and flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in retail or warehousing required.
• Experience in customer service or stock/receiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Generation and Guest Service: verify invoices, coordinate with Guests via FedEx, ensure accuracy of freight slips, ensure items match shipments, prepare proper packaging for presentation.
• Visual Merchandise Management: apply tags, hang and fold merch, steam as needed, assist on floor projects.
• Operations: flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends, learn POS software, manage shipments and paperwork, monitor security and organize supplies.
