Keystone Technologies Inc. in Lansdale, PA, seeks a Logistics Manager to lead a 3–4 person team and partner with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and data accuracy.

You will drive a Transportation Management System implementation, develop KPIs, manage inbound costs, and lead cost-saving initiatives across the logistics function.

A Bachelor’s in Business and 5+ years of logistics leadership are required; strong Excel, SQL, Prophet 21, and change-management experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive logistics leadership experience with team management.
• Experience leading system implementations and change initiatives, including go-live adoption; TMS experience required.
• Superior Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills, and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 3–4 person Logistics team with coaching, performance evaluations, and career development.
• Drive change management for new processes, tools, and systems within Logistics.
• Lead system implementations, especially Transportation Management System (TMS), including requirements, testing, and training.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for logistics operations and cost control.
• Manage inbound transportation spend, report cost drivers, and identify opportunities to improve service levels while reducing costs.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives across inbound logistics, including container management and demurrage/detention/storage charges.
• Coordinate ocean and air bookings with suppliers and forwarders; ensure accurate data in ERP.
