Job summary

ConMet in Vancouver, WA is seeking an on-site Logistics Manager to lead transportation operations across the U.S., Mexico, and China. You will partner with carriers and internal teams to improve freight cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Track KPIs, manage rate negotiations, and coordinate international shipments while reporting progress and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics and trade compliance experience.
• Two-year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. customs; a customs broker license is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise networking and manufacturing environments.

Help ConMet move smarter. As Logistics Manager, you'll lead transportation operations and drive year-over-year improvements in freight cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery across our U.S., Mexico, and China locations.

you'll work closely with carriers, managed transportation providers, and Operations teams to strengthen performance, solve issues, and improve supply chain processes.
