Job description

We need a Logistics Manager comfortable moving between spreadsheets, stakeholders, and the strategy that ties them together. This FL role reads like an upgrade — $102,000 - $155,000, internship hours, 6 years valued, and a path that does not dead-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn messy Certified Supply Chain Professional data into an one-page story executives read before coffee
• Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks
• Identify growth opportunities in the Fort Lauderdale, FL market and beyond
• Champion process improvements that scale with HealthTech Corp growth

What You'll Bring

• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a builder-led internship team
• Equal parts Lean Six Sigma Black Belt depth and Spend Analysis curiosity
• Proven track record delivering results as a Logistics Manager
