Job summary

4Wall Entertainment is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee inbound and outbound docks, ensure accurate scanning and accounting of equipment, and supervise loading and unloading of trucks. You will ensure drivers are trained and compliant with DOT regulations while delivering professional, friendly service to customers.

This full-time role offers opportunities to lead a growing team across a dynamic entertainment production environment in the United States.

What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for controlling inbound and outbound docks ensuring items are properly scanned and accounted for in an organized safe manner; overseeing and participating in loading/unloading trucks; ensuring all drivers have the training and licenses required to operate their specific vehicles; ensuring all DOT regulations are being adhered to; and interacting with all customers in a professional and friendly manner.

What you bring to the table:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience managing drivers and scheduling truck pick-ups and drop offs. You will have knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements, demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and support team members. This is a fast paced environment, you must also be able to give directions, and multi-task without supervision.
