Job summary

TS Conductor in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, verify contents, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. You will supervise shipping/receiving staff, train teammates, operate forklifts, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery while coordinating with procurement and logistics.

Requirements include 1+ year in a lead role, HS diploma or GED, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and forklift

Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience (1+ year).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments and verify contents.
• Prepare shipments, print labels, and maintain records.
• Coordinate pickups with freight carriers and internal departments.
• Train and oversee shipping/receiving staff to ensure efficiency.
