Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and reach truck certification required.
• Experience operating lift trucks in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department in receiving, storage, and shipping to meet daily goals.
• Train employees on forklift operation, scanner use, and shipping procedures.
• Process transfers and outbound shipments using WMS and other systems.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and daily transaction reporting.
• Support safety and quality standards through daily practices.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with additional duties as needed.
